Why we're running this series

One in six people experience fertility challenges, yet most managers receive zero training on how to support employees dealing with reproductive health issues, navigating fertility treatment, coping with loss, or understanding alternative pathways to parenthood. Well-meaning leaders stay silent for fear of saying the wrong thing and employees suffer in silence, call in sick or even leave their job.

What to expect

Each session runs for 60 minutes and combines research with real voices and straightforward guidance.
